WTF??!!!

It seems that referrals are trickling in at a snails pace. It appears that the cut-off is October 26, 2005. Sigh. 2 days!??? That is all they could manage in an entire month!??!! I was prepared to see the 31st or early November! Now I don't even think we'll be next! Maybe next after next or possibly after that! This just sux!!!

If they keep up the pace of matching 2 days....I'll see a referral in about 5.5 years. I'm so sorry this happened when you are so close. ((Hugs))

WTF is the only possible statement!
I can't even hypothesize a worst case ...7 more months at 2 days each?
Another 7th Nov LID

I can't even IMAGINE what you are feeling right now. At only 4 months LID our referral seem SO FAR off it almost isn't even a possibility at this point.

I am so sorry that you are again waiting...

I'm so sorry. My heart just aches for all of you who are so close. Know you are in my thoughts.

My heart is going out to you. This has got to be the most frustrating part of the whole wait. You're so close. Tie a knot at the end of your rope and just keep swinging.

((hugs))

Two days in one month is very simply not funny (not that I think the CCAA is trying to be humorous in fact).

Your baby was likely born close to a year after you logged in at the CCAA. That seems very werid. Applying for a baby that didn't exist yet. She exists now though and she's just waiting to be matched to you cats.

What can I say... You've got the worst paperwork luck of any adopting parent I've met - but you sure got a nice little boy at the end of the first go-round and a wonderful little girl is just around the corner (well, at this rate, maybe just around the block), but she's there.
